In this course, you will learn to:

  • Identify key sections from the Uniform Contract Format (UCF).
  • Identify FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Clauses in contracts.
  • Recognize the changes that contribute to different types of modifications.
  • How to navigate Electronic Data Access (EDA) site as well as, save contracts and Mods.
  • In depth training on obligation and disbursement histories from the Shared Data Warehouse (SDW).
  • Downloading files from Enterprise Integrated Toolset (EITS), such as ACRN (Accounting Classification Reference Number), CLINS (Contract Line Item Number) and MODs (Modifications) lists.
  • Checking Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) for closeout documents.
  • Downloading from Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Final Vouchers.
  • Create Letters for any FAR clauses identified in the contract.
  • Gather the data and complete the Worksheet 1597.
