VisionCorps Return Terms
Beginning Effective Date: July 2021
Products ordered from VisionCorps or from an authorized VisionCorps distributor may be returned if damaged/deficient or as a result of incorrect items sent from VisionCorps. You must notify VisionCorps within five business days of the receipt of the order that is incorrect or damaged. If damaged, you must include photos of damage in your return request. A sample for evaluation may be required dependent on the nature of the defect.
Items must be in the original packaging, in resaleable condition (unless damaged in transit), and include the original packing slip. Items being returned as a result of overstocking by customer will be considered for return on a case-by-case basis. If items (such as food or certain chemicals) have an expiration date, they must be returned no less than 12 months prior to the sell-by date. Please note that restocking fees may apply.
Please submit any return requests to VisionCorps via email at Orders@visioncorps.net with your Order # and description of reason for return.
